Shortlisting candidates

After you apply for any position, we try to analyze your resume and decide if you are a perfect fit for the required position.

Telephonic interview

After analyzing and shortlisting the candidates, there is a telephonic interview in order to test and provide basic information about the company and shortlist a candidate for a practical test

Practical test

The third step is to test the candidate for practical and theoretical knowledge with the help of various tests.

Interview

The last step may sometimes involve an interview with the manager/ reporting manager.
